Giving event promoters more control

In 2001, Skiddle were one of the first UK Event Guides to give event promoters the ability to add and control their event listings online, without relying on human editors to post their events to the web. The flexibility we provided, although basic at the time, empowered promoters across the UK and before long, we had events being added from The Isle of Wight to Inverness.
We’ve kept up this innovation over the years, giving as much control to the promoter, but also backing this up with fantastic support. You can call or email us 7 days a week and we’ll happily deal with most issues on your behalf, ensuring everything runs smoothly, before and after your event.
This week, we’ve rolled out a range of new features to give you more control than you’ve ever. Event promoters now have full visibility of every ticket order which is processed through the Skiddle ecommerce platform.
Here’s a few things you can do, right from our Promotion Centre:
- View recent ticket orders for your events
- Look at full item details, such as tickets ordered, quantities and charges
- See demographics for the customer, including a map of their general location
- Reissue email receipts
- Refund or cancel orders
