How do I add checkout questions?

To add checkout questions to your event, firstly select the relevant event from the Promotion Centre dashboard. Then head to the left-hand navigation menu, select the 'Customers/Orders' drop down, and click 'Checkout Questions'. In the pop-up, enter your questions and any additional information before clicking ‘Add Question’.

How do I create an Event Brand or Brand Page?

To create an Event Brand or Brand Page, head to the Promotion Centre and go to Promote > My Brands, then click Create New Brand. Add your brand details, choose your URL, upload your images, and publish your page. Once created, you can tag events to your brand using the Bulk Edit option from your dashboard. Please note that brand URLs can’t be changed once created, so choose carefully. You can manage your Brand Page at any time from the My Brands section. How do I create a Discount Code?

To get started, head to the Promotion Centre, select your event, then go to Manage Tickets > Discount Codes and click Create One Here. Choose whether your discount will be a percentage or a fixed amount, select which tickets the discount applies to, and set your usage limits (Limited or Unlimited). You can create your own codes or generate them automatically - ideal for large batches or single-use offers. Please note that Discount Codes are applied per order, not per ticket, and customers can only use one code per order. For full setup details and advanced options, check out our blog article.
