Top Tips for NYE

Just because the party has started, doesn’t mean the sales have to stop!
Thanks to the Rapidscan app updating live, you can keep your tickets open into the night, selling even after the party has started!
Amending ticket close times in the original Promotion Centre
Locate your tickets in the sell tickets tab and click the pencil icon to edit them. From here, scroll down to “On Sale Period” and change your “Stop selling tickets” date and time to one later in the night!

Locate your tickets within your event and click the cog icon on the tickets you wish to amend, followed by “edit”. Scroll down to “Stop selling tickets” and click “On a specific date & time” in order to specify when to stop selling!
Ensure everyone attends your NYE event
Using some of Skiddle’s features, you can make sure everyone who has a ticket will be there on the night!
- Waiting List will automatically collect data for those interested in attending your event. If you’ve got more tickets to sell, the Waiting List will allocate them to those registered.
- Re:Sell is proven to increase attendance and reduce drop-off rates whilst also offering protection against touts and increasing your revenue by reselling returned tickets at a higher price.

Remittance will be run automatically on Tuesday 4th January with ticket funds clearing into your nominated account within three working days. Please note, late sales will not be remitted until Thursday 6th January clearing on Monday 10th January.
Ensure your bank details are current, correct and ready in time for remittance. Head to the sell tickets tab and click “Edit bank details” to make sure!
