At Skiddle, giving back has always been part of who we are. Over the years, we’ve helped raise millions of pounds for organisations including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Macmillan Cancer Support. Now, we’re proud to announce our latest partnership and an ambitious new fundraising commitment.
In 2026, we’re joining forces with OnSide, a national youth charity creating brighter futures for young people through access to opportunities and support from dedicated youth workers.
Through its growing network of vibrant Youth Zones, situated within communities that need them most, OnSide gives young people safe, inspiring places to build confidence, learn new skills and explore ambitions they may never have thought possible. Far more than traditional youth centres, these purpose-built spaces are designed to help members try something new and discover interests that could shape their future.
Across 18 Youth Zones around the UK, with 4 more due to open by 2027, members can access a wide range of inclusive activities, from gym sessions, football training, and dance classes to music production, photography, filmmaking, and other creative arts. They can also benefit from dedicated 1-2-1 support from trained youth workers as well as targeted support around things such as employability and mental health. And when they’re not taking part in sessions, they can relax, connect with friends and feel part of a safe, welcoming community.
For young people, having the right guidance at the right time can make all the difference. That’s why we’ve pledged to throw our full support behind OnSide’s life-changing work, committing to raise at least £500,000 over the next four years. Every pound raised will help create more chances for young people to find their passion and realise what they’re capable of. To help us reach that target, we’ve added a new £1 donation option at checkout for customers purchasing tickets on Skiddle.
We’ll be working closely with OnSide throughout the partnership, collaborating on events and sharing updates on fundraising milestones, campaign activity and the impact our community is helping to create. We’ll also be spotlighting some of the outstanding people and stories coming out of these inspiring spaces, so follow our LinkedIn and Skiddle Promoter’s Instagram pages to stay informed.
