Skiddle artist profiles get a fresh new look and even richer content

We’ve recently updated artist profiles on Skiddle, with a fresh new look! You can see an example above and the complete section on the Skiddle website – Artist tour dates
As well as the design overhaul, there’s now even more content, making them amongst the richest artist profiles on the web, with the following information available for ticket buyers:
- Upcoming events
- Upcoming festivals
- News from our in-house editorial team
- Mixes from Soundcloud or Playlists from Spotify
- Youtube videos
- Quick stats and follower counts
Whether you’re an artist, manager, or have an event with artists on the lineup, keeping their profile up to date will help sell more tickets by giving visitors as much information in advance. If you do manage, or indeed are an artist, pushing out their profiles to your audience helps increase the size of their following as well, making it easier for fans to find out up to date information through our Artist alerts feature. Our apps provide up to date information for fans of the artists they are tracking, something which we’ve recently rolled out into desktop notifications as well.
Any artist can have a Skiddle profile, and you can add/update them at any time via the Promotion Centre within the Manage section.
