Lancashire Music Association takes music-career support on the road

The forging of a career in music rarely follows a linear path. Whether you are an aspiring artist, promoter, producer or event organiser, knowing where to start and who to speak to can make all the difference.
That is why Lancashire Music Association (LMA) is taking its Music Careers & Building Lancashire’s Music Sector tour across the county.
The 24-date programme is designed to connect people with the right people to help move their music ambitions forward. From putting on and promoting events to building audiences, developing creative projects and finding follow-up support, each session gives attendees space to ask questions and find the advice they need to take their next step with confidence.
Support for the people shaping Lancashire’s music scene
For emerging event organisers based in the North West of England, the tour provides a useful opportunity to learn more about the realities of developing and running an event, reaching an audience and building a sustainable place in the sector.
All sessions are free to attend, though booking is advised. The following 24 upcoming dates are currently available to book through Skiddle:
