Boost ticket sales with Skiddle’s guest checkout feature

At Skiddle, we know how user experience can make or break a ticket sale journey which is why it’s important to minimise the steps at checkout as much as possible.
We’ve given customers the flexibility to sign in, pre-fill your details using Facebook (even easier!), or to checkout as guest, in which case it’s 1 click to the checkout. If you’re a guest, you can continue without registering.
Even if you have an account, but can’t remember the details, you can still use our 1-page checkout because the most important thing, is to help the customer buy their tickets in order to maximise your sales. There’s no doubling up on the same fields twice, just the basic information and Bob’s your uncle!
Once you click continue as guest, you’ll be asked to submit basic information like email address (so we can send customers their email confirmation), name and bank details if the event is a paid event. This is all on one page so there’s less hurdles to jump for the customer and therefore less of a chance for them to bounce. Want to know more?
