We’re now available to speak to on the phone earlier…

Imagine this, you’ve booked some tickets to an event and desperately need to speak to someone about your order. You’ve been on the ticket agent’s FAQ section and although you found it very helpful you’d still like to talk to a human being for that extra bit of reassurance. You work Monday-Friday 9-6pm and have a super hectic week on including an early start on Saturday which doesn’t leave you hopeful that you’ll be able to ring.
Here at Skiddle, we can appreciate that our customers lead busy lives which is why we offer social support even outside of our office opening hours as well as working bank holidays. We’ve now begun opening our lines at 8 am (weekdays) so that anyone can catch us even before they start work!
Since our rebrand, in September 2016 we’ve made some crucial changes to our Customer Care and this is another reason why were the most customer-focused ticket agent around.
Our new regular opening hours are:
Monday 8am – 6pm
Tuesday 8am – 6pm
Wednesday 8am – 6pm
Thursday 8am – 6pm
Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday 10am – 5pm
