More and more events are struggling with cash flow these days, especially with the small to medium-sized festival market booming and increasing demand for bigger lineups. I’m sure we’ve all been in those situations where the artist wants the remaining 50% of their fee upfront or the production company you’ve worked with for the first time requires full payment in advance.

If you’re an event that depends on cash coming to keep the whole project moving, then we might have the solution for you.

Usually, most ticket providers might request a guarantor for the value of cash you request up-front or typically wait till after your event to pay you. Skiddle has been allowing promoters to receive funds directly whenever a ticket purchase is made, with the use of their DirectPay service. This is available to everyone – it doesn’t matter how much your ticket value is or what type of event you’re running. The money is paid into your account and deposited into your bank account every seven days.

All promoters rely on the cash flow for events and our service is really easy to set up. Any of our account managers will be happy to talk it through with you if you’re a bit unsure. Just sign up via www.promotioncentre.co.uk (only requires email and password) and go to the knowledge base article here.
