3 ways our Event Series Feature can benefit you

Psst, we’ve got exciting news.

There’s a brand new addition to the list of free event-planning tools in the Skiddle Promotion Centre.

It’s called Event Series, and it’s been designed to make it easier for you to add and manage repeating events – known as ‘Dates’ – across the calendar year.

If you’re an organiser of a regular club night, comedy showcase or a recurring gastro festival, this feature will transform your listing routine. It’ll save you time, drive up ticket sales, and give your customers an even better buying experience.

In our latest blog post, we’re going to explain how. But first, sign up to The Skiddle Promotion Centre HERE to ensure you can use the feature for your events.

Let’s get cracking, shall we?

Create hundreds of event dates within minutes

Our Event Series feature lets you create hundreds of dates within minutes.

But how does that work?

All you have to do is head to The Skiddle Promotion Centre, enter the specifics of your event once and watch as the powerful feature handles the rest for you, automatically filling in the details across your chosen time and dates. And that’s it; you’ve got a year’s worth of events!

Say goodbye to a day spent copying and pasting the same short and long description and say hello to a more efficient way of working.

You’re now free to work on other aspects of your event. You can spend extra time coming up with fresh marketing ideas, getting assets ready for your E-Flyers or diving deep into ticket sale data in The Promotion Centre’s analysis tab. All of which can improve your events and help you sell more tickets.

Improve the customer experience

So, Event Series can lighten your workload and free you up to work on other aspects of your event.

A huge bonus, we think you’ll agree. But the benefits don’t stop there.

Our Event Series feature also groups your events together, displaying them to your customers in a tidy calendar view.

It’s a clean, polished and efficient display. With the click of a button, customers can browse the calendar view and easily find the best date for them.

Easy browsing makes for easy buying. You’ll see an increase in ticket sales thanks to the smooth and intuitive presentation of your events.

Boost your potential for sales

We’ve got one final advantage before we go.

If an event in your series sells out, the feature will show other dates with tickets that are still available to your customers.

That’s all well and good. But how does this benefit you, the promoter?

It improves the potential for a sale. Perhaps your customers will decide to change their plans and buy tickets for an alternative date after seeing that the date they originally intended to buy for is sold out. That gives you more chance of selling out the dates in your Event Series.

Key Takeaways

  • Event Series lets you create hundreds of event dates within minutes, freeing you up to work on other aspects of your event like marketing and analysis.
  • The feature groups the listings in your series together, making them easier to find and improving your customer’s overall experience
  • If an event in your series sells out, the feature will cross-promote other available dates, increasing the likelihood of additional ticket sales
