Skiddle Rated “Excellent” in Latest Net Promoter Score Survey

Understanding the needs of both event organisers and ticket buyers is at the heart of what we do, and our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey results reaffirm that commitment.

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures customer loyalty and how likely users are to recommend a brand, product, or service. It’s a widely recognised metric for understanding overall satisfaction and brand trust. In our latest survey, conducted in February this year, we recorded an NPS of 86 – far surpassing the industry average, which typically falls between 30 and 50. This rating places our service in the “Excellent” category across our entire operation.


What the Results Say

Ticket Buyers

Event-goers who purchase tickets through Skiddle continue to express high satisfaction, citing factors such as our intuitive platform, reliable service, and exceptional customer support as reasons they would recommend us.

Event Organisers

Promoters who use the Skiddle Promotion Centre to list events and sell tickets also reported strong approval, praising the platform’s ease of use, free-to-access tools, and the reliability of our service.

Industry Trends

The latest results indicate a 16.2% year-on-year increase in customer approval and a 15.5% rise in promoter sentiment. These improvements reflect our ongoing investment in enhancing the user experience for both ticket buyers and event organisers. From refining our ticketing system to expanding our suite of promotional tools, we continue to evolve based on user feedback.
