Choosing the right ticket delivery method

Ticket delivery methods include:
E-Tickets are our most popular form of tickets. The customer is sent an e-mail confirmation after purchase and the only thing they need to do is bring the card that they used to your event. When your ticket sales close you will be sent a list of your customers along with the last 4 digits of their card number which can be checked on entry. e-tickets is aimed at events selling less than 250 tickets.
Print at home RapidScan tickets avoid expensive postage, eliminate ticket fraud and reduce queues. From single scanners for small venues, through to multiple scanners for festival entrance gates. Realtime verification of tickets eliminates fraud and protects revenue. RapidScan is aimed at events selling more than 250 tickets. Ask about our free short-term or long-term scanner rental.
For events when posted tickets are required we print secure tickets for you, or distribute your ticket stock. Our tickets are protected by custom holograms and can incorporate RapidScan bar codes if required. Printed tickets add a perception of value to your event and a sense of security for events with demographics used to receiving printed tickets.
