2025 was a record-breaking year for Skiddle, and one of the strongest we’ve seen across the UK events and ticketing industry.
From selling millions more tickets to welcoming tens of thousands of new promoters onto the platform, last year marked a major step forward in how fans discover live events and how organisers sell tickets online.
Powered by our community of promoters, venues and artists, we helped drive bigger audiences, stronger demand and increased visibility for events across the UK, keeping Skiddle at the centre of the live events ecosystem.

2025 in Numbers
Ticket sales rose by more than 2 million over the previous year, while at the same time over 500,000 new active users joined the Skiddle app, bringing our total engaged audience to 3.6 million.
To support your listings, we continued to invest heavily in promotion. Across 2025, we delivered:
- 59 million push notifications
- 71 million marketing emails
- High-performing paid media campaigns
- Above-average engagement across social and content channels
All driving greater awareness, improved discovery and stronger ticket sales.
Promoter growth also hit record levels. More than 21,000 new promoters joined Skiddle, our highest annual intake ever, contributing to 180,000 events listed throughout the year.
And once promoters joined, they stayed. Our platform delivered a 98% retention rate, with multi-year contract renewals reaching 92%, reinforcing Skiddle’s position as a long-term partner for organisers of all types and sizes.
Behind the scenes, our dedicated support team, staffed by real people with expert knowledge of the ticketing industry, continued to raise the bar. By resolving 25,000+ customer queries, they ensured every promoter received the guidance and support needed to succeed, keeping Skiddle a platform organisers can rely on year after year (we’re #1 on reviews.io).
