Recent Net Promoter Survey rates Skiddle world class

Our recently conducted NPS survey, taking in stats from November to December 2020, reveals Skiddle to be a ‘world class’ seller of tickets amongst its faithful customer base.

Here at Skiddle, we regularly provide our loyal customers with the chance to give feedback on our extensive range of event ticketing services, by asking them to take part in our Net Promoter Survey.

The survey plays a crucial role in helping us to understand and improve upon our overall ticket selling experience. It highlights the positive aspects of our services and the facilities our customers would like to see more of, whilst also indicating areas where we could improve.

The survey also helps us to gauge the willingness of our customers to recommend Skiddle to friends, family and colleagues, based on said services and our clientele’s overall satisfaction.

Ranging between -100 to 100, the Net Promoter Score a company can achieve is based on a number of factors. In Skiddle’s case, these include ease of accessibility to our platforms, our loyalty rewards schemes, our events and so on. 

The results are in…

The results from our most recent survey, conducted amongst Skiddle customers throughout November and December last year, are in. And it’s good news. 

We asked our customers how likely they were to refer Skiddle to a friend or colleague. Out of 100, Skiddle gained a rating of 71. Based on global NPS grading standards, this categorises Skiddle as a world class company. Not bad at all, we think you’ll agree.

Some of the many positive things our dedicated customers wanted to shout about included Skiddle’s prompt refunding process, returning funds back to the customer quicker than any other ticketing service in the UK, and our excellent standard of customer care, a befitting nod to our hard-working customer care team.

Skiddle’s Head of Customer Care and Posted Ticket Dispatch, Ella Green remarked:

‘I’m really proud to say that, despite being in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, we’ve been able to maintain our ‘world class’ customer NPS rating. We pride ourselves on delivering first class Customer Care. It’s something we know we will continue to do, long after the issues with Coronavirus have passed’.

Some of our customers went as far as to express their admiration through comment, stating ‘It’s less of a fiddle to book with Skiddle’ and that Skiddle ‘Provides a service that no one else does’.
