Access a toolkit of free, game-changing features
Looking for a set of tools that can take your events to the next level?
With our ticket barcode scanning app, RapidScan, you’ll be able to scan tickets, search for orders, check the validity of tickets and set devices to scan tickets at multiple entrances if you need to, all from your mobile phone – come rain, shine or low light.
It’s a powerful tool that gets attendees through the gates in a safe, timely and most importantly, efficient manner, touching four crucial event management bases in one. The customer experience starts in the queue, so nail that and you’ll be on to a winner. It’s available on iOS and Android, the latter of which some of our competitors don’t offer.
You can find our RemindMe feature in the Promotion Centre, too, which, once a customer enters their details to set up reminders, will send a notification about your event via email and text message before your on sale begins. There’s also Event Brand pages, which provide one URL where you can group all of your events on one page, including festivals. Making a change to an event listed on your Event Brand page? Tag acts performing at your events and we’ll notify their followers, as well as those who follow similar artists, that they’re due to appear at your event!

Got multiple events listed and need to find your festival? ‘Filter & Search’ can take care of that; you’ll be able to access your festival listing in just a few clicks.
Or, maybe you need to invite team members to your Promotion Centre account so they can work on specific sections, like finance or listing tickets. Our ‘Invite User’ feature lets you do this, allowing you to add up to 20 users.
We know you’ve got a lot on your plate. So, by using these features, you can spend more time working on bringing your festival to life, whether that’s by setting up meetings with acts, securing sponsorships or holding meetings with suppliers.

You can offer a split payment service to your customers

Payment Plans, located in the Promotion Centre, allow you set a deposit price and gain control over the amount of instalments your customers pay. Customers can buy Payment Plan tickets in the app, too, something that makes our version of the feature unique and makes the buying experience even better for potential attendees.
PayPal Pay In 3, on the other hand, is located at checkout. If enabled, customers can use it to spread the cost of their ticket over three payments. We find this option particularly useful in converting those last-minute, on the fence buyers, deliberating over buying a festival ticket in the final days leading up to an event.
