Access a toolkit of free, game-changing features
Looking for a set of tools that can take your events to the next level?
With our scanning service, RapidScan, you’ll be able to scan tickets, search for orders, check the validity of tickets and set devices to scan tickets at multiple entrances if you need to, all from your mobile phone, come rain, shine or low light.
It’s a powerful tool that gets attendees through the gates in a safe, timely and most importantly, efficient manner, touching four crucial event management bases in one. The customer experience starts in the queue, so nail that and you’ll be on to a winner. It’s available on iOS and Android, the latter of which some of our competitors don’t offer.
You can also find our Remind Me feature in the Promotion Centre, which sends a notification about your event to eager customers via email and text message before the event goes on sale. This can help you build an excited base of customers who can’t wait to buy tickets, securing those all-important early sales when tickets do go on sale.
We can help you work smarter
As well as giving your festival a boost with our game-changing features, the Promotion Centre is full to the brim with tools that can help you become more efficient.
Got multiple events listed and need to find your festival? ‘Filter & Search’ can take care of that; you’ll be able to access your festival listing in just a few clicks.
Or, maybe you need to invite team members to your Promotion Centre account so they can work on specific sections, like finance or listing tickets. Our ‘Invite User’ feature lets you do this, allowing you to add up to 20 users.
We know you’ve got a lot on your plate. So, by using these features, you can spend more time working on bringing your festival to life, whether that’s by setting up meetings with acts, securing sponsorships or holding meetings with suppliers.
You can easily delegate tasks, too. If one member of your team is a finance whizz, let them take the reigns on remittance reports while you work on other areas. Tap the button to discover more.

You can offer a split payment service to your customers
Split payment apps can be a boon for our budgeting, whether that’s for large scale events or that lovely shirt you’ve had your eye on for a while.
Our Payment Plans and PayPal Pay In 3 features let your customers make the cost of their ticket a little lighter on their bank balance.
As they can budget a little easier, it encourages them to make an early purchase, which helps your success in the crucial first week of sales.
Payment Plans, located in the Promotion Centre, lets you set a deposit price and gain control over the amount of instalments your customers pay. Customers can buy Payment Plan tickets in the app, too, something that makes our version of the feature unique and makes the buying experience even better for potential attendees.
PayPal Pay In 3, on the other hand, is located at checkout. If enabled, customers can use it to spread the cost of their ticket over three payments.
However, keep in mind: you can’t use both at the same time. Tap the button below to compare the two features and make your choice.
Your events can gain visibility
Visibility is crucial for event promoters.
Without people seeing your event, how can you expect to sell tickets?
Luckily, Skiddle can help. Our Festival Guide is the largest of its kind in the UK, housing listings for thousands of festivals. When your festival is part of our guide, you receive a bespoke page with line-up news, FAQs and ticket links. All the necessary information your customers need.
Plus, our website receives over 6.5 million users per month, while our app receives 340,000 users per month. Once the New Year celebrations are over, these users will be looking for the party of the summer and having your festival in the guide could mean your event is their destination.
These pages are search engine optimised, with FAQs designed to propel your festival to the very top of search engines like Google. This only improves your visibility, helping ticket sales in the long run.

Plus, signing up for Skiddle is an absolute breeze. All you need to do is add your email address, create a password, and hey presto: you’re well on the way to getting a crucial part of your festival off the ground.
