At Skiddle, backing the LGBTQ+ community isn’t something we limit to a single month. It’s woven into everything we do, all year long. That commitment truly shines through each summer when we partner with UK Pride events, supplying them with ticketing tech, promotion tools and editorial coverage to help turn their visions into vibrant, inclusive celebrations.

From city-wide parades to late-night music soirees, Pride events amplify visibility, joy, and unity in every corner of the country, and we’re proud to support these important gatherings every year.

Below, you’ll find a roundup of standout Pride celebrations we’re supporting in 2025, featuring dates, locations, ticket links, and insights from the dedicated teams behind the events.

Pride on The Park – Brighton Pride

Dates: Saturday 2nd – Sunday 3rd August 2025
Location: Preston Park, Brighton
Tickets: Buy Brighton Pride tickets
Socials: InstagramFacebook

One of the largest Pride festivals in 2025, Brighton Pride’s “Pride on the Park” combines a huge community-led parade – featuring 300k–500k participants and prioritising local LGBTQ+ charities – with a two-day Preston Park festival headlined by global artists like Mariah Carey, Sugababes and Fatboy Slim. With inclusive schemes, community fundraising at its heart, and vibrant onsite programming, it offers a blueprint for large-scale, impactful Pride events.

Manchester Pride

Dates: Friday 22nd – Monday 25th August 2025
Location: Manchester City Centre
Tickets: Buy Gay Village Party tickets | Buy Mardi Gras tickets
Socials: InstagramFacebook

A flagship UK Pride festival since 1985, Manchester Pride spans an August weekend with a dynamic mix: the community‑centred Gay Village Party, vibrant city parade, high‑energy Mardi Gras at Depot Mayfield, and a poignant Candlelit Vigil. It blends celebration, visibility and activism in a well‑established, inclusive model – one that organisers can benchmark for successful, multi‑venue Pride events.

Salford Pride – The Pink Picnic

Date: Saturday 21st June 2025
Location: Peel Park, Salford
Tickets: Buy Pink Picnic tickets
Socials: InstagramFacebook

Salford Pride began life in 2011 as the organising committee for the first Peel Park Pink Picnic. After seven years of staging Salford’s annual LGBTQ+ celebration, the team renamed the event The Pink Picnic in 2017 and, the following year, formally adopted the organisation’s current name, Salford Pride. The event blends live performances with community vibes in a family-friendly park setting.

Here’s what the team behind the event had to say about working with Skiddle:

“Skiddle has been a fantastic partner in helping us reach a wider audience. They’ve supported Salford Pride and The Pink Picnic consistently, covering everything from our ticketing needs to promotional support and line-up announcements. Skiddle’s platform has been a major factor in boosting our visibility and driving ticket sales.”

Chesterfield Pride

Date: Saturday 19th July 2025
Location: Stand Road Park, Chesterfield
Tickets: Buy Chesterfield Pride tickets
Socials: Instagram | Facebook

Chesterfield Pride has grown into the East Midlands’ largest LGBTQ+ celebration, drawing thousands to Stand Road Park each year. Marking over ten years in 2025, this year’s event will scale up on 2024’s edition with two performance stages, a large market area, diverse food and drink vendors, a funfair, and an inclusive programme that welcomes everyone – families, allies, and first-time Pride-goers alike.

Oxford Pride

Date: Saturday 7th June 2025
Location: South Park in Oxford
Socials: InstagramFacebook

Oxford Pride traces its roots to a street-party celebration in 2002, when The Jolly Farmers and The Castle Tavern flew the rainbow flag during the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. That spirit of visibility sparked the first official Oxford Pride Day in 2003, a vibrant parade debut in 2008, and – after securing registered charity status in 2012 – a move into the city centre in 2015 to welcome ever-growing crowds.

Now one of Oxfordshire’s flagship LGBTQ+ events, Oxford Pride blends celebration with advocacy while staying true to its community-led beginnings.

“Pride is about being visible, proud, and united,” says Tom Brady, Non-Executive Director at Oxford Pride.

“For us, it’s about creating a platform for celebration and change, and ensuring the most marginalised voices in our community are centred. It’s a moment of joy and solidarity and a reminder of why representation and safe spaces still matter.”

Doncaster Pride

Date: Saturday 10th August 2025
Location: Town Field, Doncaster
Tickets: Buy Doncaster Pride tickets
Socials: Instagram | Facebook

Doncaster Pride 2025 transforms Town Field into South Yorkshire’s most inclusive party: two packed stages, a glittering cabaret zone, family-friendly activities, funfair rides, global street food and licensed bars, plus vibrant Pride markets showcasing local makers. Expect nonstop music, drag and community spirit – an uplifting celebration where everyone is welcomed, seen and celebrated.

London Metal Pride 2025

Date: Sunday 8th June 2025
Location: Signature Brew Blackhorse Road, London
Socials: Instagram

An alternative Pride occasion, this year’s London Metal Pride, as per previous editions, was dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ musicians in the UK metal scene. Held at Signature Brew Haggerston, the event featured a lineup of bands, including those from the London Metal Coalition, promoting unity and inclusivity within the community.

Lazerus Harris of UK Death Dealers, the team behind the event, offered advice to those looking to run their own Pride event in the future, saying:

“If you have an idea, run with it! It’s not as scary as it may seem at first. Having platforms like Skiddle simplifies processes like setting up ticket links and tracking ticket sales. Even promoting your event through their platform is a great help.

“Research areas you don’t have great knowledge of. There are loads of people out there sharing their expertise for free, via channels like YouTube. Finally, don’t take it all on yourself; have a partner or a team to help you set up all the different aspects of the show.”

Walsall Pride – Pride Picnic in the Park

Date: Sunday 27th July
Location: Walsall Arboretum Extension, Walsall
Tickets: Buy Walsall Pride tickets
Socials: Instagram | Facebook

By transforming Walsall Arboretum’s Bandstand into a free, family-friendly Pride picnic, Walsall Pride proves that low-cost programming can deliver high community impact.

A lively mix of drag acts and DJs, the option to bring your own picnic, and free entry attract bigger, more diverse crowds. It proves that a low-cost format, amplified by Skiddle’s reach, can raise visibility without extra infrastructure.

Chairman of the event, Matt Morris-Higgins, shared what he feels is the best thing about running a Pride event, saying:

“It’s creating a vibrant, joyful space where people can be completely and unapologetically themselves, sometimes for the very first time. It’s about turning the Walsall Arboretum into a safe haven, filling the air with music, colour, and unity.

“Pride is powerful. Pride is protest. And Pride is a celebration.”
