How does it work?

Earning with Skiddle’s Affiliate Programme is simple – create unique referral links to our What’s On Guide or specific event pages, share them across your channels, and start earning commission. Here’s how:

Our Quicklink system, available in your affiliate dashboard, makes integration effortless. Just add your unique affiliate ID to any Skiddle event or landing page URL to start tracking sales instantly. For larger websites, you can also use our event feeds and widgets for a seamless, fully branded setup.

When someone visits Skiddle through your link, we automatically track that referral for 30 days. Even if they don’t buy straight away, you’ll still earn full commission for any tickets purchased within that period, even if they return directly to our site later.

Commissions are paid monthly once events have taken place. Payments are sent via the Faster Payment Service, with funds usually reaching your account within two hours. There’s a £25 minimum payout, and any smaller balances simply roll over to the following month.

What commission will I make on each ticket sold?

Each ticket sold through your referral earns you a share of Skiddle’s booking fee. A ticket price is made up of two parts: Face value - set by the event organiser, and paid directly to them. Booking fee - typically 10–15% of the ticket price, retained by Skiddle to cover operating costs. As an affiliate, you’ll receive a percentage of this booking fee (or a flat rate if preferred). Typical earnings range from 10p–50p per ticket for regular club nights, and up to £4 per ticket for major events such as New Year’s Eve or summer festivals. Commissions start at 30% of Skiddle’s revenue and increase as your sales grow.

How are commissions paid?

All commissions are tracked in real time through your affiliate dashboard. Payments are made monthly via the Faster Payment Service, with funds typically reaching your account within two hours of transfer.

How much technical knowledge do I need?

Very little. Our Quicklink system makes integration as simple as linking from your website to ours. Just share your unique referral links and start earning straight away. For larger or more advanced setups, we also offer event feeds and widgets to display live event listings directly on your site. All integrations are built to be quick, seamless, and fully tracked.

What do I need to become a Skiddle Affiliate?

If you have a live, functioning website, you’re eligible to apply. We don’t have strict entry requirements; we simply ask that your site contains appropriate content and provides a good user experience. Please note that promoters already selling tickets via Skiddle aren’t eligible for the affiliate scheme, but we can still provide a co-branded checkout for your site if you’d like to promote your own events. Once approved, you’ll get instant access to your affiliate dashboard and tools so you can start earning straight away.
