How do I create a Payment Plan?
From the Promotion Centre dashboard, select ‘View All Events’ in the left-hand navigation menu and click on the event you wish to create a Payment Plan for. In the same menu, select the ‘Manage Tickets’ drop down and click ‘View Tickets’. Select the drop down menu next to ‘Create Ticket’ and click ‘Create Payment Plan’. Enter the details of your Payment Plan (Name, instalment dates, price) and once complete, click ‘Create Payment Plan’.

How can I create Discount Codes
Once signed into the Promotion Centre, click on the name of the event you would like to add discounts to and on the left-hand navigation menu click 'Manage Tickets'. Then click 'Discount Codes'. Fill in the specifics of your promotion (Name, percentage and to which ticket your promotion applies). Select the usage limit of your code and, if applicable, the number of uses, create your unique discount code and click save.

How do I use Event Series?
Click ‘Add New Event’ on the left-hand navigation menu of the Promotion Centre dashboard and set up your event as normal. When you reach the ‘When Does Your Event Run?’ step, select ‘Event Series’. Add your dates to the calendar by clicking the ‘+’ icon, or quickly add multiple dates using the ‘Add Repeating Series’ button.
