How do I add checkout questions?
To add checkout questions to your event, firstly select the relevant event from the Promotion Centre dashboard. Then head to the left-hand navigation menu, select the 'Customers/Orders' drop down, and click 'Checkout Questions'. In the pop-up, enter your questions and any additional information before clicking ‘Add Question’.

How do I set up PayPal Pay in 3 for my event?
PayPal Pay in 3 is available on orders between £20 and £3000. It lets customers split the cost of their ticket into three interest-free instalments via PayPal.
There’s nothing extra you need to set up - customers simply select PayPal at checkout, then choose either Pay Now or Pay in 3 after signing into their PayPal account.
Please note, Pay in 3 is currently only available on GBP (£) orders and can’t be used alongside monthly payment plans.

How do I enable Remind Me on my event?
To enable this feature, head to the Promotion Centre, select your event, then click Remind Me from the left-hand menu. Switch it to On, or select Always to automatically enable it for all future events.
For Remind Me to appear on your event:
- Remind Me must be set to On or Always
- There must be no public tickets currently on sale
- There must be future tickets scheduled to go on sale
Want even stronger conversions? Remind Me Premium lets customers receive reminders via WhatsApp, our highest-performing messaging channel, with up to 2x higher engagement than email. Messages are charged at £0.05 per send.
To enable Remind Me Premium, head to the Beta Promotion Centre, select your event, then go to Manage Tickets > Remind Me and tick the opt-in box.
