How and when do I receive my remittance?

To receive your ticket funds from us, you’ll need to have your bank details on file for us to pay you via BACS. If no details are on file, we will hold the money until they are inputted. You can add and update your bank account details at this link: http://www.skiddle.com/promotion/bankdetails_.php.

Remittance runs on the Tuesday or Thursday following your event. You will receive an email notifying you of the remittance run, including the payout summary. Once remittance runs, funds take 2 working days to clear in your bank account. Tuesday remittances clear on Thursday, and Thursday remittances clear on Monday.

For reference this is our automated payment schedule:

Event on a Friday: Remitted on Tuesday, payment clears the following Thursday (6 days)
Event on a Saturday: Remitted on Tuesday, payment clears the following Thursday (5 days)
Event on a Sunday: Remitted on Tuesday, payment clears the following Thursday (4 days)
Event on a Monday: Remitted on Tuesday, payment clears the following Thursday (3 days)
Event on a Tuesday: Remitted on Thursday, payment clears the following Monday (6 days)
Event on a Wednesday: Remitted on Thursday, payment clears the following Monday (5 days)
Event on a Thursday: Remitted on Tuesday, payment clears the following Thursday (7 days)

Please note, after a bank holiday, payment will be delayed by 1 day due to the settlement of funds taking a day longer.

Please be aware that payment will include all sales made 48 hours or more before the remittance is run. Any sales made within 48 hours of the remittance will be paid on the next run, as the funds from these transactions will not yet have cleared with us.
