Use our Guestlist Manager system to allocate free passes to your guests or staff

Guestlist Manager can be used to allocate free passes/tickets/accreditation to your guests or staff. Tickets are sent directly to the recipient and all names will be added to your usual door entry list, or appear on the RapidScan list. There is no charge to use Guestlist Manager.

To get started, please click the Guestlist Manager button on the Tickets Overview page for the event you wish to issue free passes for.

Click "add a new free ticket type". You should create a ticket type for each type of pass/ticket/accreditation you wish to issue.

Examples might be:

  • Guestlist entry
  • Crew pass
  • Press pass
  • Backstage pass

Tickets that you add through the Guestlist Manager will only show within the Guestlist Manager and will not be visible to the public.
